At Something Went Wrong, we believe in making things right when your order doesn't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the original products in their initial packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
